The snow globes are made of polystone, and each product is made by hand during the production process. Therefore, inconsistencies in the polishing, jointing and coloring of the appearance are all natural phenomena of production and cannot be defined as defective products and are not product quality issues. The snow globe contains glass material. Please place the product out of reach of pets and children to avoid danger.

10. Many collectible products are ordered and produced as pre-orders, and we cannot guarantee that there will be in-stock quantities. We recommend purchasing through pre-order.
 
11. After the pre-ordered product arrives, we will ship it to the address you provided during your order. If you need to change the ordering person's information, please notify customer service before the product arrives.
