Delivery Options:

• Self Pickup at Soap Studio Office
  
  
• For Hong Kong and Macau Orders
• Only available to SF Express self-pickup lockers, service points, SF Stores, or SF Express Partner Locations.
• Shipping to forwarding warehouses, commercial, or private residential addresses is not accepted.
  
• Free local shipping is available for a single order totaling HKD$199 above.
• Macau orders are limited to SF Express freight collect service.
• If delivery is unsuccessful or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete order details, the recipient is responsible for any additional fees incurred by the logistics provider, or Soap Studio reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund.
  
  
• For Overseas Orders
• Only Express Mail Service (EMS) is available.
• The recipient shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The cost excludes taxes and additional charges imposed by the destination customs.
• Shipping to forwarding warehouse address is not accepted.
• If delivery is unsuccessful or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete order details, the recipient shall be responsible for any additional fees incurred by the logistics provider or destination customs, or Soap Studio reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund.
