3. The estimated arrival date of the product is for reference only. The actual arrival date may differ due to various uncontrollable factors. The snow globes are made of polystone, and each product is made by hand during the production process. Therefore, inconsistencies in the polishing, jointing and coloring of the appearance are all natural phenomena of production and cannot be defined as defective products and are not product quality issues.
