1. The Soap Studio Black Friday promotion period is from November 27, 2024, 00:00 (UTC+8) to December 1, 2024, 23:59 (UTC+8) (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion").
2. Enjoy a 50% discount when purchasing designated products totaling HKD $1,000 or more on the Soap Studio official website.
3. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason except for items that are out of stock or identified as defective.
4. Discounts and free shipping offers are calculated per individual order. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received by the system. Combining or splitting orders for shipping purposes is not accepted.
5. Product quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
6. Orders to Hong Kong and Macau can only be delivered to SF Express self-pickup lockers, SF Express service points, SF stores, or SF partner locations.
7. Orders with forwarding warehouse addresses will not be accepted.
8. Orders totaling HKD $1,000 or more after discounts are eligible for one free shipping offer within Hong Kong.
9. The free shipping offer does not apply to orders delivered to Macau or overseas regions.
10. All transaction details are based on the order confirmation email. Please ensure that the correct contact information is filled out. After successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email from the system.
11. Offers are valid only upon successful payment completion on the website. Expired offers will not be reissued or applied retroactively.
12. The promotional product prices do not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for shipping fees if the discounted order total does not meet the store's free shipping threshold or if the delivery is to non-specified regions.
13. Shipping fees do not include customs duties or other charges incurred by foreign customs.
